We process your livestock with custom cuts and vacuum sealing, coordinating deliveries for farmers. If you don't have an animal, we link you with producers to buy meat wholesale. This way, you get full transparency and directly support our local community's economy.

Frequently Asked Questions

We provide custom and commercial processing services for Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat, and Yak.

First, you’ll schedule an appointment to drop off your livestock. Check in with our office when you drop your animal off. Provide us with name and contact information for your customers. You and/or your customers can fill out your cutting instructions in person, online, or over the phone. We process the meat to your specific requests , and all cuts are professionally vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness. Please call or email to book.

Our pricing generally consists of a set kill fee plus a per-pound charge based on the hanging weight of the animal. Rates differ slightly for beef, pork, and lamb/goat, and also vary between standard custom processing and commercial processing for resale. Additional services like patty making, sausage, or bacon/ham curing have separate charges. You can find detailed rates on our Services/Pricing page or download our Pricing Sheet.

Yes, appointments are necessary for scheduling livestock drop-offs. Please call 304-992-4695 or email RenickValley@gmail.com. Need to cancel your appointment? Let us know as soon as possible so we can give your spot to someone on our wait list.

Yes, in addition to individual cuts (availability varies seasonally), we offer prepackaged meat boxes and can create custom meat bundles to fit your needs. Please contact us or stop by the shop to inquire about current availability and options.
